I’m a first time scooter buyer and I’ve been venturing through this scooter research/shopping/buying experience completely blindly. I don’t remember how I found the Honda Metropolitan, but I was searching for some type of replacement for my Segway Ninebot P90G Max Electric Scooter that was stolen when I left it with security at Best Buy and someone simply walked in and carried it out.

The Metropolitan, to two guys that know nothing about scooters looked like a Vespa to us, so I went to the Vespa dealer, where the salesman told us that the $2599 advertised price for the Cosmopolitan (which no one here in south Florida has in the green I want) is actually $4600 after all the fees.
