Temporary fix using extension Alternate Player for twitch.tv which I don't like too much but it's alright:

I'm sure their staff is probably going to be monitoring the big adblockers so in the long run I dont think they will work. I'm seriously considering getting twitch turbo (https://www.twitch.tv/turbo) and I think almost nobody knows about it which is like 9 bucks a month or about 30 cents daily which is kinda worth it since i'm on twitch daily and will always get ads on my iphone.
