Lets just do a recap of events to see if you understand what you did wrong.

1) I told OP that being invited to a viewing doesn't mean they'll get the flat. 2) you asked if I had experiences with communal apartments 3) I said I did and shared my experiences of how some of these companies would have an approximate total of 60 viewers per flat spread through different viewings 4) you called me a liar because you said that Gesobau doesn't works like this (even if I never mentioned gesobau) 5) I clarified my experiences weren't with gesobau

The problem here isn't that OP is trying to rent from Gesobau, its that you called me a liar for saying that some CL still invite a lot of people to viewings because your particular company doesn't do it :,)
