Got a job offer! What to expect for tdp program?

Lot of training in different locations meeting tons of people (which is really cool), then you'll come back to your office and there probably won't be a project for you yet (since it's holiday season) so you'll be doing a lot of online training and/or networking. Once you get your project it really depends on your team and the actual project, but from what I've heard from most of the people I've met in my (short) time here their overall outlook on Accenture/TDP ranges from 'it's alright' to 'it's great!'.

TDP is a good stepping stone for college grads and whatnot and gives great experience (even had a manager tell this to me), but there are some shortcomings with it. Salary/raises is one of them, you can probably double your salary working in an actual software company, and the raises per year are pretty paltry on average. There's also the entire Accenture process of getting a role which might turn people off, basically you have to apply for roles even through you already have a job, and sometimes the role you want might not be available so you have to settle for something that doesn't interest you.
