No worries, imo gwd is one of the hardest part of the game. For your first comp, I used to run something similar, substituting hwadam for vela since I don't have hwadam. However, both of these comps are highly susceptible to being copper/bulldozered and with your hwadam, im pretty sure that comp is lushenable if I recall correctly.

BUT

From the monsters you've listed that as well as looking at the options available to you on your island, it got me thinking of something interesting that you could try (though im still not quite sure of the monster combinations, will have to get back to you on that one).

Since we know common comps that people mostly have access to are copper/dozer/ lushen/katarina, we can use that to our advantage by creating 2 different trap defenses with your archangels (one comp with vela, one comp with elad), I would have to get back to you probably later today with the actual comp information as I dont really run these types of defenses but since we all know you can only use 1 of each monster in gws, having 2 defenses that are traps would force ppl to pick and choose which comp to ignore defense with.

I mean this is only what I have in mind, I'm not sure how successful it would be, if someone else in our guild can give us a hand it would be much appreciated.
