It's hard to determine how much EM you need as it depends on how your artifacts' rolls. She's one of the harder characters to calculate dps since there's so much things you have to take into account. You'll be better off using Genshin Optimizer or something like that to determine which stats you need to increase your damage. Make some dummy artifacts along with your current artifacts and play around with them in the calculator to see which is more beneficial.

How much cr depends on how much you're comfortable with. As of right now you're probably getting around 80-84.5cr (depending on kuki's em) which is a bit too much imo. I'd aim for 65cr minimum after her passive so at 550em (includes em share passive) which gives you 16.5cr you'd need 48.5cr. If you can to at least that much with a cdmg circlet i'd probably use that instead. A lot of things to take into account lol. Just use the calculator and save yourself the headache.
