Lillia plays oddly compared to most junglers as she likes to power farm and rarely gank as like you said she is really squishy. The ganks you do need to be picky looking for over extends low health or counter ganks unlike Elise you just goes into a neutral lane hits a cocoon and can half health them in one rotation. What makes lillia great is her mid to late game with the long range engage in e into r as well as her great kiting and damage to back it up allowing her to be a team fight monster while played correctly. A good deal of time will need to be put into her to understand the limits of your ganks as well as her playstyle in team fights that is probably most akin to udyr at least speed wise.
