Herx reactions the first few days of diet, now none?

Really??? I can't tell if you're being purposely obtuse or what. Is english not your first language? (Genuinely asking, no snark here.)

I'll explain it for you as simple as I can...

Allicin comes from raw garlic. It's created when you crush/chop raw garlic. Allicin is fungicidal. I assume you know how fungicidals make candida react.

As for what you "do" with raw garlic, I would assume that is very much obvious? You eat it, of course. (Believe it or not, it can be eaten raw. It's just most people are NOT a fan of the taste or the heartburn. Myself included.)

I'm not telling you to eat raw garlic, I was just trying to explain about it and its benefit. (Namely the allicin) My post wasn't an "order" or "command", not sure where you got that idea. Was literally just an explanation.

The reason I brought raw garlic up in the first place is because you mentioned the candida diet in your post/comment, which I'd thought meant that you had previously eaten/tried raw garlic since that is on the candida diet list. You later answered above that you haven't- I get that.
