Having a competition or paying for or favorite is a super shitty dick move.

People spend thousands of hours learning their art, and many hours making art. They deserve to be paid. There are a lot of scammers, and people who just dont give a shit about their time.

Say ten people post artwork that they each spend 5 hours on. You choose one out of the ten, and that person gets paid around minimum wage at $10 an hour. But 50 hours of work was done. If you were to actually compensate people for their work you would be compensating then at about $1 an hour.

I am resisting the urge to say some very fucking nasty shit about you because I dont think you thought this through, like a lot of people. But be fucking warned.
