Homemade Mushroom Masala

INGREDIENTS
1. 2 inch of cinnamon stick
2. ½ tsp of cardamom powder
3. 2 green chilis
4. 1 onion finely cut
5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
6. 2 tomatoes pureed
7. 1/3 cup of peanut powder
8. 4 cups of sliced mushroom
9. 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
10. 4 tbsp of oil
COMPLETE RECIPE:
1. Heat 4 tbsp of oil
2. Add cinnamon stick and cardamom powder, saute
3. Add in finely cut onions, saute
4. Add in green chilis, saute
5. Add in ginger garlic paste, saute for 3 mins until soft
6. Add in mushroom
7. Add in 2 tbsp on butter, saute until soft- 10 mins
8. Add in 1 tsp of turmeric powder, Add red chili according to your taste, Add 2 tsp of coriander powder and mix well
9. Add tomato puree and mix
10. Add salt according to your taste, 1 tsp of garam masala and mix
11. Add 1 cup of water and mix
12. Add peanut powder and mix well
13. Bring to a boil for 5 mins and Mix
14. Add 1 cup of water and Let it simmer for another 5 mins
15. Add in kasuri methi- 1 tsp and mix
Voila it’s ready to serve
