How likely is it to get aids in your calluses from someone else’s calluses

I’m asking how likely is it to contract any type of illness/disease by climbing immediately after someone when you both have fresh calluses or both rip your hands on the same boulder. I just want to see if there have been any scientific studies done on this in rock climbing gyms or any cases at all.

It’s an honest question. I’m not a germaphobe, just curious. There aren’t too many other places in the world where you’re directly ripping your hands open on the exact same surface that someone may have ripped there’s open on 30 seconds prior. Sweat too. It’s the very particular setting that begs the question. Also, as mentioned, it was my 2nd time ever climbing. I had no wounds before arriving. They rip on the damn boulders.
