How to get price lowered + better deal?

No, you definitely DID lie about the existence of a referral program. You are in the program that you stated you don't think exists. You lied about me sounding like a Shaw employee when all the obvious points to the contrary. You lie constantly. You're even lying about lying. You lied about the price that it costs for service with a legitimate ISP, and you lied about the price you're paying. You lied saying that the "big guys" are charging ridiculous prices when I'm actually paying LESS money for BETTER service than ANY reseller in Canada is currently offering. You lied about the latency and you constantly lie by omission. You're doing an awful lot of lying just to try to con people into signing up for a shoddy internet with a shoddy reseller under your affiliate code, so you can shave $1 a month off your bill, or whatever it is they're paying you now.

You don't seem to be able to comprehend something very simple. We all remember you and your shameless attempts to promote the shoddy reseller. It's pretty much the only thing you post about in this section.

The resellers are all bad, with the one in particular that you're promoting being the worst of the lot because of their chronic downtime. As I've mentioned, I promo whore between the only two legitimate ISPs that Winnipeg offers....Shaw and Bell MTS. This is how I'm getting rates MUCH LOWER than YOU PAY WITH Y OUR SHODDY RESLLER THAT GIVES YOU TERRIBLE SERVICE. But there was a time about a year ago or so when neither ISP was giving any promotions (other than something insulting like $10 off on a 2- year contract), so I tried a reseller. I had Cancom service for about 3 months. It was awful. Latency in the 60's to 70's, my gaming experience was affected to the point where I couldn't play anymore. VoIP didn't work anymore because there was too much delay and we were constantly talking over each other, same goes for skype, teams, zoom, and everything else that involved two-way communication. This is another thing you're lying about. Latency IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR, and is the biggest (but certainly not the only) reason why it makes no sense to go with a reseller. Cancom was down about half a dozen times in that 3 month period as well. Also major DNS issues. Not to mention I had to give a $150 deposit for their crap modem. I was paying $50 a month for internet 75. When I realized that wasn't enough for me, I upgraded to internet 300 which cost me $75 a month. That's more than I'm paying now with Shaw for the same 300 Mb package who also gives me 10 email addresses, a 2nd free IP address, and, most importantly, access to the gigantic array of Shaw wifi hotspots. Even the regular Shaw pricing is only a few dollars more than what cancom is selling for, for a vastly better internet experience.

To cancom's credit, cancellation was easy and I received my modem deposit back promptly after returning it to them, and they paid the postage both ways. But as I said, resellers are a scam! It's not worth it, even if you are NOT on a promotion with one of the legitimate ISPs. Had I known how bad the service would be with a reseller, I would have happily paid full price with either Shaw or Bell MTS until the next promotion came about.

While you're selling your soul just to try to save $1 a month off your internet bill, I'm trying to save people from the grief of having a terrible internet experience. Your reseller is NOT just as stable as Shaw. They are a reseller, which means that they add additional overhead and problems to the service that a Shaw proper customer does NOT experience. Why do you think the latency is so much higher? The signal is not going from the Shaw backbone server to you, as it does for a Shaw customer. It's going from Shaw, to the reseller, THEN on to you. It is NOT anywhere near the same thing as being with Shaw. I've been back with Shaw for about 3-4 months, and haven't had one single service outage in that time. With the reseller I had about half a dozen in 3 months.

You're the one kidding yourself about the 2nd IP address. I use it and many others use it as well. There are even various posts in this very subreddit involving the use of it, such as the guy who is asking questions about running a webserver. You may be a broke lonely bachelor who only has one computer. But most folks have other people in their lives and can definitely benefit from having multiple networks. I personally know several people who not only use the second free public IP address, but are paying for additional ones. This is yet ANOTHER thing you're lying about!

You're continuing to tell lies. You can NOT get unlimited free emails from any of those servers you mentioned without providing your cell phone number, and or use another email address as a reference. You also have to fill out a bunch of personal information in numerous fields. Sure you can lie about your personal information, but this takes a lot of time to fill out. Then they will use the phone number or email address you used to confirm your account to spam the heck out of you and all of the sudden you notice promotional texts, phone calls, and emails coming that you can't get rid of. In a previous comment, you said there are a HUNDRED free email servers. I asked you to name a hundred of them, catching you in yet ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR LIES, yet you only mention 8. I realize your math sucks, but 8 is very far away from 100. And as I mentioned, none of them are really free. You will get spammed and harassed after you provide your phone number or referring email address that they force you to do. You just keep lying through and through! With the Shaw free email addresses, you don't have to provide anything. You just login to the shaw portal and create a username and password. Takes less than a minute. You're done!

You stated that you have a 35MB internet plan. That isn't enough for even most single people. Just because you're a geezer who does nothing more than check emails and go to CNN, that doesn't describe the normal user, who needs a heck of a lot more than 35 MB a month and will be horrified at the HUGE LATENCY THEY ARE NOW EXPERIENCING. People who have only been with legitimate ISPs take the low latency for granted as this isn't often discussed...that is, until they make the mistake of trying a reseller. This is something you continue to keep trying to sweep under the rug in your attempt to try to get people to sign up at your reseller. You're also comparing the price you pay for your 35 MB plan, to the non-promotion price that Shaw charges for their 1 GB plan, AND EVEN LYING ABOUT THE PRICES. Anyone can go to the Shaw website right now and SEE THE PROOF OF THIS LIE. You're also ignoring the bill credit someone will get when signing up at Shaw. I received a $150 bill credit and am paying $60 a month for Internet 300. That means I'm really only paying about $54 a month for internet 300 over my two-year contract. You're also whining about "no commitment" as though that's a plus. THAT'S ANOTHER GAPING MINUS! With no commitment they can raise the price any time they want. It's good for the customer to have a contract! I would prefer my 2- year contract with Shaw to be 5 years or even 10 years! I'm paying $54 a month for Internet 300. That price is only going to go up with time, not go down.Three years ago I was on a Shaw promotion paying only $38 a month for the same Internet 300 service I have now, and I got the same $150 bill credit for signing up which means I was really only paying $32, WHICH IS LESS THAN YOU'RE CURRENTLY PAYING FOR ONLY A 35 MB PLAN WITH YOUR SHODDY RESELLER with all the extra downtime, huge latency increase, no wifi hotspot access, no 2nd free IP address, no free email access, and you have to buy your own router and give deposit for their modem. What you're doing is nothing short of complete dishonesty and deception! Another pathetic attempt at using smoke and mirrors to try to trick people into signing up with your reseller!

You also are AGAIN omitting the huge factor that Shaw proper customers enjoy access to their gigantic nationwide arraw of wifi hotspots. Bell MTS offers access to their hotpots as well, albeit they have less than Shaw. But you get ZERO wifi hotspots when you are with ANY of the resellers. This factor alone is reason enough to avoid a reseller, and is one that you constantly avoid mentioning. You are the WORST PATHOLOGICAL LIAR I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life, let alone on Reddit. Your alternatives are NOT cheaper. They are just much worse service. I have proven that extensively, and anyone can go to the Shaw website right now and see how you are lying about the prices they are charging. Even their non promotional REGULAR PRICES are less than what you are saying they are!

You're the little fruit topping who is getting angry, not me. What you're doing here is called PROJECTION! Go look that word up...you might see your own picture! You're frustrated because I am exposing you for the dishonest fraud you are, and laughing at you while I'm doing it.
