Really depends! In a perfect world yes that simple. But way to many scammer even with protection from PayPal money can be held for few week until they figure it out. Best way and I have bought many many many tickets from third party.
-Meet person face to face. -Have tickets in hand and cash for other party. - have proof of purchase -both parties have DL ready to be taken Pic of (why) Cuz person who is selling tickets can call edc pay 40$ and say I lost my tickets and get new send. And person who bought it lost money. - person who is buying make sure the proof of purchase id address matches the address on the id -person who is buying try not to get 100 bills and 20 or 50 unless u know ur bill correctly.
It’s a lot of work but that’s how I have done unless you do stub hub but that has fees. Best of luck.
