it’s completely valid to hate being a libero. or any other position. to say that about no one knowing liberos is kinda fucking stupid though. firstly, who gives a shit. secondly, blatantly false. gebrenikov, perry, in the days of old sergio. all household names in volleyball, and massively massively respected players. and they’re very far from the only ones.

where the setter is often the leader, the libero is often the lifeblood of the team.

but if you hate playing it that’s still totally valid. you’ll never make an elite team but you can definitely still get to a reasonable level at your height! just gotta play smart and work hard.
