If my PiBoy is not in my hands by October 1 I will be contacting them for a refund. I've been told "2-3 weeks" every time I've asked for an update starting August 3. Their website advertised "Pre-Order - Aug-Sep delivery".

I wish I hadn't jumped on this, but sunk cost fallacy, I feel like I've already invested so much effort into getting this thing I should just wait it out.

Part of me worries it is a scam and they will say 2-3 weeks until it's past the quick refund period for credit cards for all the money they have gotten and skip town.

If you haven't already ordered, don't. They will tell you 2-3 weeks totally aware they are lying to you.
