Important Notice

I appreciate your feedback, and any more thoughts on the matter are always welcome. The issue is more or less situational. It is not an issue at all in a small, PCEO dominant lobby, and it's not an issue in larger lobbies until all 10 slots are filled in a large lobby, more than half of the registered VIPs are solo and more than half of the people in a PCEO dominant server are unable to do their work.

If you're solo but offering work to those that don't have any, or offering to rotate with other players and nobody is accepting; that's on them, not you, and you're more than welcome to do your work solo (which I covered in the original posting). Just be sure to send out frequent invites between cargo runs and sales. PCEO is a thriving and friendly community. I personally have no issues helping anyone out, especially if I'm unable to register to run my own cargo. So send out invites frequently, especially if the VIP count has reached its cap.

Touché! I bought my CEO business and warehouse months ago and have only just been able to fill it up because I rarely get help and mostly help others. Unfortunately though this rule closes off any other way for me to actually do my own work without relying on people joining me, which isn't always going to happen. Months it took! I assume you're not having it that hard are you? If not, when's it my turn to work on my warehouse?

If you're actually running cargo and sending out an invite every few crate runs, then you're already doing what I ask. Having others help you isn't always for just your benefit, but also for the benefit of the workers, especially if you switch back and forth between organizations. Even if you don't rotate, I'm more than happy to help out anyone, especially if they've helped me before or I have no sales to complete. I'm merely posting this due to frustration within the community, and my advice is merely a guiding hand for everyone to maximize both productivity and profitability.

I do that. Sometimes people join, most times they don't. Sometimes they don't and then afterwards tell me to invite them again, usually too late as the next mission has started and I have to wait to finish it before being able to invite them.

Then you're already doing what I ask, and this post does not apply to you.

I ALWAYS join solo organisations over ones who already have members. However most leave after their runs are done. I am totally fine with this, but I expect the fact that I've helped others to eventually allow me the freedom to do my own runs anyway. I seem to be having some problems doing this and it's causing members of your commission to start yelling at me and judging me as a person over it. So something needs to change about how you guys are perceiving this issue, I think.

Some people are dickheads. That's just how life is. Most of the community would be happy to rotate, but it seems like you've encountered the less-than-friendly members. Don't allow that to discourage you from seeking help. Still run your cartel, just be sure to keep sending invites. If you're at the very least doing that, then you're already one step ahead of your peers. For some reason, you appear to be taking this personally, when it is far from it. This is an issue within the community as a whole, and if you're already doing the things that I've previously suggested, then you're not a part of the problem.
