She acts like everything is ultra fantastic or bordering suicidal over dramatizing/exaggerating ever little thing. She is so stubborn and ignorant of what she is doing to her body right now.

Her body is starting to break down. It can only take so much. I’m not suggesting any of this is an excuse or even the reason behind her thinking. But it’s also something to consider. Especially based on her behavior.
