Im surprised your having this many problems hope one of these updates fixes your issue

Also, pokemon go alone is enough to make any phone heat up. Doesn't matter if I play it on my iphone, pixel 6 pro, or s22 ultra, its enough to heat up any device. Then add the 120fps option, in that doubles, if not triples the amount of resources needed increasing heat even more. Then add the screen at Max brightness, which will generate even more heat. At this point any phone should be hitting about 105° f, give or take. Then you're adding picture and picture mode? Even more heat. And then, even worse then trying to run pokémon go at 120fps, you're creating a hotspot, which itself will create quite a bit of heat. It's crazy that you think you should be able to do all that and not have an overheating phone. Even doing all this on an iPhone will make an iPhone overheat like no tomorrow.

This also goes without mentioning that you're outside, where it's probably hot. I get your genuinely having issues, but don't shit on the phone for overheating when you were, quite literally, doing all worst, most heat-generating tasks all at the same time.
