You should read the owners manual on the cars you are saying should be filled.
They aren't to be filled unless they have been drained and a new filter has been provided.
Filling a differential is a non-factor, it has been done in lube shops for years.
I am specifically saying that in most modern cars, the power steering is electric, no pump is present, no pulley, no belt. Nothing to refill. And a transmission which is sealed has a fill plug for transmission service only, and simply "refilling" a sealed trans is not prescribed in the manual that I have looked at.
It's weird you think I'm spewing BS, I'm just saying that guy says he is going to top off fluids, and I seriously doubt he is going to refill tranny fluid, and where is he going to put the power steering fluid? It's a scam. Unless it is not a modern car, then you might be getting some use out of a full service.
Even many modern cars don't have grease points so there is no greasing the chassis unless they have installed aftermarket parts which require greasing
