the same as reporting the number of unmarried girls talking a survey at a disco club and projecting the results to the whole society : there are 98% of unmarried girls in a survey of 300 girls. where? at a disco club where teens go.

It reminds me of the first reports of the hospitalizations in nursery homes where the average age was about 80? taking percentages in there means very little and most of the cases were about aging actually.
