Delayed Baggage with Air Canada

@Kananaskis_Country In OP's opinion and my opinion, Air Canada is a bad airline. IT IS OUR experience that we think it's bad. If you think it's not then good for you.

OP is feeling anxious that he decided to post his problem on Reddit. So telling him that him posting this on Reddit is pointless is harsh. If you can't say something nice and useful then don't bother replying to him. No need to be an a-hole.

To OP and @Loud-Job5479: Air Canada messed up our baggage yesterday. 4 baggage is still in Toronto. My family and I are in Yukon now. They said we have to wait for 1-2 days to be delivered to our hotel. If not, then it will be delivered to our new house here in Yukon. We asked the Air Canada staff if our problem is rare or common. Staff said it's "very" common to Air Canada that baggage goes missing here in Yukon. I asked him 1 out of 10, how many baggages are missing that are reported to his workplace, he said 6 out of 10 recently. He also said that Air Canada will compensate for the food, taxi, clothing, and other stuff as long you have to show the receipt.

We kept contacting Air Canada a few times today and we were on hold for more than an hour.

We already bought clothes especially hoodies at Walmart because of it's already 8 degrees here in Yukon and we don't have any clothes to change. I saved all the clothing, food, and taxi receipt and I HOPE they pay for it. This is how Air Canada welcomes us to our new province. It's frustrating, and I'm not happy especially we have my medicines in the luggage.

I think you guys already know about this link so I just shared my experience to you guys. https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/home/plan/baggage/delayed-damaged-baggage.html
