My wife and I will be going in two weeks as well, and in general we have the following planned:

• Booked a car thru Turo
• Helicopter tour
• Reserving time to go to Wai'anapanapa State Park (mainly for the Black Sands beach)
• Reserved dinner at a restaurant for every night there, as well as lunch for a day or two. Leaving food flexible enough in case we want to go to Monkeypod or a food truck or something
• Will fill in the rest of the time on the beach and enjoying the island

Fell into the same trap of not booking/reserving anything (even though I had the trip booked since February), so had to get what I could and it was slim pickings a month ago
