You show your ignorance with the DM comment. More than half the DMs in the company that remain cover multiple states. They're hard to reach for the Store Managers because they are literally traveling 7 days a week and don't see home more than one or two days a month if that. There are DMs with a territory a thousand miles wide. And they don't make much more than a Store Manager, in fact they could make less than a Store Manager who has a good bonus year. You seriously think that your DM who has as many as 20 stores spread across a thousand miles is going to just show up at your store to close tonight because the CEM called out sick? If you really think that is necessary then you're seriously delusional and discredit this entire discussion board.
