The Morning Dispatch: The Growing War on the Right

Misleading title?

The portion of the article talking about the "war" on the right talks about a statement from a conservative group denouncing "holocaust deniers, white nationalists, street brawlers and racists"

It then brings up that Michelle Malkin has defended and stood by multiple controversial alt-right figures. And brings up other controversial figures still featured by the YAF

And ends with:

At a time when too many non-conservatives conflate the right and the alt-right, a job made easier by conservatives too willing to tolerate the repugnant views of alt-right provocateurs, it’s encouraging to see a clear repudiation of those views represented in the statement from YAF.

This isnt the war on the right. This is a conservative group self-regulating and working to create a clear delineation between being conservative and being alt-right. And the tone of the article seems to support this approach too. So the title really is confusing at best.

Overall this is what I want to see out of conservative groups.
