Semi-Weekly Discussion Thread - April 3, 2023

Because the rhetoric doesn’t belong on this subreddit and stating that the GOP is dead on a supposedly center right subreddit is beyond what this is supposed to be.

I already took issue with the "GOP is dead in 10 years" part.

However, im not surprised at all that you again are coming to defend the center left opinion or policy, again.

What center left policy? If you think anti-judge shopping, not expelling members for spurious reasons, and not impeaching people before they even get the job are center-left, you're in no position to purity test me or anyone else. And, again, I criticized the opinion about this making the GOP irrelevant.

You might want to take a look at whether you are actually a “Romney Republican” given the positions that he has explicitly defended (e.g., Trumps indictment) and the fact that you given more credence to known liars like Jones solely dependent on their opposition to politicians that you don’t like.

I know where I stand, and you clearly don't. I didn't give more credence to Jones than anyone, and I certainly did not base that on how much I like each.

This isn't a sub for purity testing, and I've established myself over years here. If you don't think I provide thoughtful analysis from a conservative (though not necessarily GOP) perspective, that's on you.
