The motherboard is an open-box at Microcenter (Central Chicago) that usually goes for over $200. It's a solid mobo with a 5 year warranty. $90 is after rebate/combo discount/tax. The Noctua CPU cooler is extremely quiet and effective. The 4pack of cougar case fans will keep air flowing quietly. I personally wouldn't waste my money on an OS since Windows 10 is coming out in July and it will be a free upgrade to anyone that has 7-8.1 even if its pirated\non-compliant. You're better off saving the $90 and finding a questionable copy until then.
Your PSU is a low grade budget model and does not fit the build. It's cheaply made, inefficient and is prone to failure. If it goes, it can take your GTX 970, Samsung 840 EVO, and the rest of your build with it. It's a tier 3 unit. Return it if you still can. The one I included is a solid tier 2a grade 80+ platinum efficiency model that will save you electricity, run quieter and cooler and be far less likely to fail and damage your system. There's an even better deal on NCIX going on today for a Seasonic made XFX Pro Core 850w PSU for $29 today only. I'd get that if you can order today.
