Bush because of the two, nearly twenty year long, multi-trillion dollar wars that he started, and the type of world that was created due to his whole response to 9/11. He had classified information on his desk that warned of an attack by Osama Bin-laden, but did nothing. Now look where that’s got us. Not to mention the Patriot Act, the Iraq War, his awful handling of hurricane Katrina, and the financial crisis that happened under his watch, which Obama had to come in and clean up. So no, he’s not one of my favorites.
