Need advice on if unemployment is possible

So,

It's going to be difficult for anyone here to do anything other than just guess as we don't know the details of your situation, when it comes to unemployment something seemingly small can be the difference between being qualified or not.

You're going to have to do the work and the research like all of us have had to BUT the good news is that there's a ton of information and resources available to make it as simple as possible.

I'm surprised you didn't start with a Google search, it looks like the first result that came out might be a good starting point.

Generally, if you quit you're not eligible for unemployment but it all depends on the details, as you can see from the link above there are exceptions and situations where you'd still qualify even if quitting your job.

Please take a look at all the help articles on the ESD website, use Google and just add "WA ESD" after your question, use the pinned "Archive" thread on this subreddit, and if you're still stuck or don't understand let us know and we are here to help.

Don't take this as me being rude but Unemployment qualification can be pretty nuanced, asking us if you will qualify or not while giving next to no details, seemingly having not searched beforehand even a simple Google search and not using the plethora of resources available just isn't a very respectful or cool thing to do to the community.

I'd love to give you an answer and most people here would love to help but again with how detail oriented Unemployment is, you need to do the research since you know your exact situation and if you need help with particulars we can help, but we can't formulate an answer to a question dependant on specifics without any specifics.

Anyway, it's not too bad, just start searching and reading the ESD website and it'll answer most of your questions, if not we will be here.

Good luck.
