Outplayer for iOS is very good for anime video playback. I prefer it over VLC, since it’s based on MPV. You can transfer files wirelessly through in browser FTP.

Panels for Manga is my personal choice. Same thing as Outplayer, you can transfer your files wirelessly in the same way or import through various other means.

It’s worth noting for Manga, you can always use the CBZ format which is essentially just a ZIP file containing images in a set order. If you want to create your own CBZ, use your archival program of choice then rename the .ZIP to .CBZ if you can’t set the extension within the program itself.

Sourcing anime and CBZ’s is fairly straightforward.
