Damn, this is very creative! This is probably an easier solution then my “shed remodel” idea. And I forgot I used to do something similar, where I’d burn scented candles if I ever had guests. That can definitely work, but sometimes the silicone smell would still prevail and some people were asking why one room smelled different. Coffee beans and doll smell will probably mix if it’s in a confined space like a camper. I also had a hard case and can definitely recommend. It cut down on the smell leaking out during storage (plus the added benefit of the foam padding adding insulation). But there’s also the issue of whatever surface she touches when she’s out, if cloth, that surface can retain her oil and scent (had this issue on my cloth chair for 2 weeks after I put a silicone doll on it).
