Full Name/Designation: WI-11, goes under the alias of Will Hayes
Age: Created 3 years ago, appears 15 when 'human'
Appearance: Will has two main appearances; human, and robotic. In his more human form, he is around 4' 10", putting him below average. He normally wears hoodies, a white shirt, jeans and sneakers to remain unassuming. In his robotic form, his actual form, he averages around 3' 6", a whole foot shorter, and is entirely white. Most of this mass is rearranged to his limbs, his hands and feet odd for the proportion of his body. Will has two antennae located on the sides of his head, which rotate depending on his mood or feeling, akin to an animal, like a dog or rabbit.
Personality: Will is a very shy, often trying to avoid social situations. He keeps to himself, stumbling over his words alot if he feels pressured or uncomfortable. However, if one were to end up befriending him, he would be found to be amicable, if a bit quiet. Will is also easily scared, if faced with large threats(most people fit that description to him), adding to his inability to speak. Will also abhors violence, choosing only to fight if absolutely necessary, preferring to talk his way out of combat.
Backstory/Bio: Unit WI-11 was created by a government contactor in Silver City, as a prototype in the WI series, which ranged from in-combat medical treatment, to heavy duty demolishions. His specific use was infiltration and information recovery. To achieve this, a special material was created to meet this need. However, the name was too dificult to pronouce for some of the board to approve. As a result, it was given the humorously short nickname 'smart metal.' Will was created, and given an on-board intelligence, but unlike the other prototypes, his achieved sentience, quickly developing personality. When this became apparant, the board wished to wipe him and try again. The lead scientist, Aaron, was highly against this, having been with Will as he grew and learned, growing attached. As much as he protested, the board did not give in. Desparate to save the 'child,' Aaron staged an escape, but was taken in and tried in the process. Will witnessed Aaron as he was taken away, traumatized as he was beaten in front of him. Because of this, Will has some distrust of government or authoritative figures.

In terms of ability, imagine the T-1000; composed of liquid metal. The 'smart metal,' as it was nicknamed, has the ability to shift itself into different shapes, colors and sizes, able to condense itself closely. However, he is not able to make himself larger than the mass it currently has. Using his ability to shift, Will is able to change his appearance, completely disguising himself as another individual, complete with mimicry of their voice. Will is also able to control how tough and durable the smart metal is, creating shields or weapons to use to protect himself. In a reverse of this, he would be able to completely 'liquify' himself, moving around like a sentient puddle/
Minor Power: Military Training
Will, in his time under the WI project, recieved a variety of training, such as basic self defense, able to defend himself in hand to hand, but would having difficulties with larger groups, and various medical techniques. Will uses his medical training more, eagerly helping people who have been injured.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks: Magnets/magnetism, extreme temperatures
The smart metal, of which Will is made of, has an adverse reaction to magnets. Depending on the strength of the magnet, any large amount of the the metal could be affected. Smart metal affected by magnets becomes wholly useless, becoming liquid puddles or solid clumps, similar to clay. Will, after losing this mass, can separate a small portion of himself, to reduce the chance of being rendered completely defenseless. This often results in him being even further reduced in height. Additionally, extremely high temperatures can melt the smart metal; around 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Resistances: Will and his smart metal is able to take quite a bit of physical punishment. As stated, he can only be dangerously affected by temperatures and magnets. Blunt force and sharp objects are able to pierce the metal, but do not destroy it. Also, because the smart metal has no requirement for circuits, Will is not affected by water, nor does he require oxygen.
