According to TMZ, Floribama Shore has been officially cancelled.

What can I say. The show was good for a while. By the middle of the final season, though, I couldn’t watch an episode all the way through.

I think it didn’t help that Aimee and Gus displayed idiotic behavior (Aimee at first by never taking responsibility for her actions and Gus toward the end by … you know). But what really hurt them was that the show was just so … fake. They weren’t friends. They weren’t acquaintances. This became clear as time went on. While not being friends would have been fine for two seasons, if a certain level of affinity just isn’t present, the reality show just can’t last for long.
