Pt preload PH going to Pt supe

3 weeks to pt sup isn't that crazy to believe, they try and get new hires in because they don't know that position really sucks, no union protection, no protection from harassment, pay scale sucks, benefits suck. One good benefit is the tuition. Also looks good on a resume ive been told. Promotions are more of "who you know/who likes you" compared to job performance, just like any other fortune 500 company. So if your dick sucking skills are good then kudos. You as a driver will make wayyyyy more then the pt sup in your first year, and coming years + benefits, while that pt sup will most likely be stuck in that position for a long time with the same shit pay.
