It’s not just racism either, it’s sexism.

I recently got a promotion, If I go back to the office I can guarantee I will be harassed, tormented, and bullied.

This girl that sits next to me, every morning she would say “hi” at 6:50am when I get in (she does it to everyone). I was saying hi back for a few weeks until I saw she was only saying it when management was around.

I decided to stop, since it was every fucking day.... but I’ll smile.

She goes and starts talking about me to all the coworkers (and I hear everything because I’m literally 2 feet away)

Even my manager who at the time was a woman started telling other management... and it became a huge thing. (This all happened behind my back but they sit so close I heard everything).

I thought I was going to get fired because I didn’t say “hello” or hi to her.
