"We really just aren't friends." Watch our League of Legends team explain their Spring Split here

I think the largest problem is personalities and lack of confidence from the other players.

Saying "You guys play like pussies" isn't that different in substance to "I feel like a lot of the time you guys are playing too passively when there isn't that much danger", one just uses a stronger tone. In an environment like we're seeing here I feel like no one outside of Dardoch has the confidence to respond "Na, I think you're just far too reckless and suicide in really dumb spots" - which would allow them to look at why one player sees something as a bad spot to fight while another thinks they should pile in, and as a team decide on an appropriate way to handle them in future.

I think if you take Flame/Olleh to the hyperbolic time chamber to give them a couple of years to develop confidence with English, and Cody to give him experience inside a professional org, and two+ of them can come out confident in how they speak and more confident in what they believe about the game, this team would work.

Since we don't have that we have to settle with them doing this in real time, and maybe Dardoch leaving is for the best to let the others step up as leaders and not be afraid to make their stronger opinions known, in an environment where they don't constantly feel like they're being shouted down
