Before you ask, yes, this is a Marvel character, but he has no apparent version in 616 (which, judging by his graphic nature, is hardly surprising). He's a character from *Punisher volume 6* (and also *Fury: Max*) he is a character from Earth 200111, and the epitome of the "Scary Black Man" Trope. Also, this thread will contain spoilers.
