Restaurant Style Chicken 65

This is my Dad’s favorite recipe for Chicken 65. Its quick, easy and yummy recipe for Restaurant Style Spicy Chicken. It can be relished with Pasta, Roti’s, Noodles, Paratha’s, Dosa’s, Rice, Appam or even as starters/side dish. Believe me its one of the finest Non-Veg Starters. ---INGREDIENTS--- - Chicken without skin. - Besan/Gram Flour. - Corn Flour. - Ginger & Garlic. - Vinegar & Soya Sauce. - Green Chilies. - Tomato & Chili Sauce. - Cooking Oil. - Salt, Red Chili & Black Pepper Powder.

---RECIPE--- Cut chicken in cube pieces. Add Besan/Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Salt, Vinegar and marinate it. Leave it for 1 hour. Fry it well in Cooking Oil till golden brown. Put little oil in Pan and add sliced Ginger, Garlic and chopped Green Chilies. Now add fried chicken. Add Salt, Red Chili, Black Pepper Powder, Vinegar, Chili, Tomato, Soya Sauce. Sauté it well and Chicken 65 Desi Restaurant Style is Ready to EAT. Enjoy it with Pasta, Roti’s, Noodles, Paratha’s, Dosa’s, Rice, Appam or even as starters/side dish.
