Huh, that's like saying the definition of "decarboxylation" is "the opposite of carboxylation".

I ask because traditionally people will use the common English usage of a word, ensuring they will be understood by anyone participating in good faith. So when someone starts to bring up semantics about what the words "dumb" or "uneducated" really mean I can't help but feel like they are being disingenuous.

Intelligence is simply the ability to acquire and then apply lessons. Intelligence is based on an ability to reason.

Uneducated just means a specific lack of knowledge from books.

If you have a modest amount of either of those you're capable of clearly understanding what that user was talking about, and instead chose to misrepresent what someone said for no reason other than contrarianism.
