It's now 3 weeks after you posted this, so sales should start to recorded from the period you said was really hot with multiple offers over asking price, but so far I am not seeing it at all. Everything that closed in the last week was close to the asking price or below. Of the homes for sale now that I'm watching, I am seeing several drop the price. I saw one today that's been on the market for 30 days slash the price by another $190k down to $999, it was originally asking $1.225 back on Feb 1.

Likely some exceptions where homes were priced way under their value in order to get multiple offers, but it's not reflective of the overall market from what I can see.
