Season 2 felt really toothless, bland and almost censored

It's kind of weird that out of all the points list in the feedback threads, people in various threads seem to pounce on the nudity aspect alone.

I can think of 3 episodes that had nudity and none of them were particularly gratuitious.

  • Beyond the Aquila Rift: (Old) lovers going at it, hot and heavy. Imho the nudity emphazises how hard the alien entity is trying to trick the dude here. You think some Hollywood PG candle lit lovemaking scene would have the same effect here? Really?

  • Sonnie's Edge: The woman uses her breasts to distract "Sonnie" and kill her. How is it different from literally any push-up bra and deep V-neck shirt being worn right now? People are idiots when they're horny and they're easy to manipulate then.

  • Good Hunting: Adult take on just about any fairytale and folklore that involves men getting seduced/enchanted by some womanly, mystical figure. When you think of all the mermaid, siren or whatever stories, do you picture another candlelit lovemaking scene with plenty of kissing, or do you picture horny, desperate men? The latter is what was shown here. A man with a raging hardon writhing in bed. If you're a man, you know the feeling since puberty. If you're a woman, then let it sink in that even your dad and grandpa looked like that countless times in their life. So yes, it is mature to actually show the desperation of these horny men.
