Serious Question: Why does Jeff Bezos not fund his moon lander himself?

Good questions. Also:

Why did Jeff decide Blue Moon should only be as large as the Apollo landers and not something better suited to building a base?

Why has Jeff not pursued orbital refueling since it is needed for any kind of sustainable lunar operations?

Why did Jeff sideline 3 stage New Glenn if it was needed to achieve the larger 4 person version of ILS?

Why did Jeff decide that two entirely different variants of Blue Moon was a good idea in the first place?

At this point if a cargo landing with Blue Moon isn't achievable within 2 years as a technology maturation program then I don't think it is worth continuing at all. It isn't a lander that can lead to anything more than a few "sustainable" flag and footprint type missions for a handful of astronauts.
