But the whole point of this post isnt the background. The point is that they randomly blocked use of the account because I didnt care to tell them the name of the merchant. I wasn't asking them to look into it. I wasnt asking to return the money. I was complaining that I sent BTC it didnt get broadcasted to the blockchain until 14 hours later. I gave them an idea what implementation could be helpful to prevent future occurrences. No idea why there are so many downvotes. I have since switched to Newton and dont regret it. Although I will say Shakepay is quite good at what it does. The tech support staff have something up their ass however. Maybe its the pay, maybe not. Who knows who cares. /thread
