Is it normal to have auras two days in a row ?

It very much can be part of the same event or two events bleeding over without a clear end of the attack and entrance of prodrome (also not everyone has all sections of the classic migraine cycle, either at all or at least not every time).

It’s not exciting or welcome, but sadly normal when having a bad stint of attacks. If you’re under a lot of stress (which, by the way, a FedEx migraine is an actual whole mood. FELT.) these can be particularly difficult migraine cycles to break since stress is a lot less organic than say…accidentally skipping a meal, missing a needed glass of water, having a trigger food, etc. Those have more organic solutions where as “relax” is easier said than done. At least, I’ve noticed my most wicked cycles come from stress or my periods (which of course I cannot stop).
