Show some respect

Agree with all the comments here. I’ve been and still am a big supporter of GvB. All my frustrations with missed promises were about to be resolved by finally getting 2 pivotal trials enrolled...ugly how GvB got us here but we were here, and the pps was around $1.90 heading higher imo. So I was all good, plus my basis is $1.64 which helped me give him a pass.

My thoughts are he was close enough to results being known (Japan) and saw where this was headed: Hardy, who owns the most shares, wasn’t going away with the litigation. Even if Hardy lost the case it wasn’t going to be over.

So, instead of fighting his removal he negotiated a decent exit and will be close enough to the goal line of readout to get the credit/rewards with his ownership position. Leave the details of commercialization to the team left. I.e. My work is done here.

Bummer for him but the lesson here is the guy with the most shares in a public company better be kept in the boat. GvB did not do that.
