God, you're such a condescending asshole for a guy who seems to know literally nothing about music and copyright. Record labels own the copyright of the sound recording, not the composition. If somebody wanted to sample the song, they would need the agreement of the record label only, and subject to that agreement they might or might not be required to credit the original. If somebody wanted to cover the song instead, it's would not be up to the record label, but rather the songwriters of the original. In the US, they would have to credit the original songwriter, but who knows what the usual practice is in Bulgaria.

Long story short, the correct person to reach out to is Vojo Stojanovski's son, not the record label.
