Depending on how much time I have my training sessions can be super different.
When I have a good 2-3 hours I like to start with yoga and body weight fitness to warmup, then I run through most all the moves I know a few times and spend more time practicing ones I’m not executing every time. After all that I like to have music on and just dance, work on showmanship and musicality, basically have fun with it.
Sometimes I only have 30 minutes to an hour, and I’ll use that session to either free flow the whole time and do easy stuff, or I’ll have one thing I want to dedicate that time to working on.
Weirdly, the shorter more focused sessions have been some of my most productive and biggest breakthroughs.
Also, I almost always film myself. Whether anyone else sees it or not, it helps me see my form and what I need to work on.
