New Taylor song, Call it What You Want, tonight.

Uh, source? Getting real tired of people here making outlandish claims with nothing to back it up.

Everything she does is controlled by management . If the label tells her to go and perform on a Lithuanian morning show she can be Taylor Swift she still has to. There was obviously a reason for not promoting LWYMMD besides Taylor trying to be the ultimate pop icon and only caring about fans lol. Music industry is still an industry, everything in it is about money. Her management is also one of the best currently, I'm sure they have half of the era planned out already. They made some pretty bold choices that would be stupid if they didn't proved themselves already. Making LWYMMD a single but not promoting it, making a video for RFI but not making it a single and not promoting it, dropping a completely differently sounding single after RFI and LWYMMD, etc.

She's taking the Beyonce approach where she does not address media, only engages with fans.

Yeah that's why she has a song debuting in Scandal, had her mv dropping at the VMA's, and having an SNL performance lol. She def adresses the media.
