Trevor Strnad Memorial Recommendations Thread

been listening to metal my entire life, and have made my way through all the subgenres. For the last few years, i've mostly been listening to death metal and hm-2core/entombedcore/"dark metalcore" bands like Nails, Trap Them, All Pigs Must Die, Black Breath, Implore, etc. Plus whatever Knocked Loose, Jesus Piece, END, etc are.

Just started listening to deathcore for the first time, mostly because I got a new truck and it sounds better on the amazing stereo system in my truck then death metal does, and I'm burned out on the Nails/Trap Them type stuff.

looking for recommendations for stuff that is more brutal/breakdowns/chug/serious, strictly harsh vocals, without any rock band singing, or pretty glittery swoopy emo post rock parts. I also don't love the stuff with two vocalists, where one has the deeper cookie monster voice and one does the higher "scary demon" voice. Prefer vocals that are more like death metal or hardcore, and less like black metal crossed with a satanic horror movie.
