Video of 9th Circuit Hearing in OSS Security/Bradley Spengler v. Bruce Perens

Obviously my attorneys would be delighted to have the chance to argue before the Supreme Court, what attorney wouldn't? I would be overjoyed to give them that opportunity for professional development, since they have helped me so much. But sorry, the chance of the supes deciding to hear this case is infinitesimal.

And no, O'Melveny did not take this on for the money. I could say more, but should leave it at that until the case is concluded.

I would not say that "another judge found cause to reassess". The supreme court can decline to hear a case, the appeals court can not. So, the hearing happened because the plaintiff filed for appeal. The judges were careful to question the lawyers on both sides.
