Weekly RANT Post

I pay 130 bucks for straight garbage and I honestly wish the FCC would do something about these piece of shit companies overselling nodes and creating massive amounts of congestion. As if they aren't rich enough, as if they aren't constantly expanding and their top 100 don't all live in mansions and drive cars that cost more than most peoples houses. I am getting 60% packet loss. 60%. I have done all the internal testing, I have even traced it out to when it hits their gateway server and it is fine up until then. Trying to explain that to the technicians I can actually get ahold of is like explaining trig to a preschooler though so it is just an exercise in frustration and I have to sit around and wait until someone competent actually fixes the issue. Never mind the fact that I need a stable connection to make money. Never mind the fact I telework and I am dropping so many packets that I lose connection when trying to remote into computers. Cox as a company needs to fall apart but it is basically impossible because like our shit tier congress they have written themselves out of all the laws that would crack down on this anti consumer behavior. I am filing a BBB complaint and looking for a new provider. This shit is unacceptable in this day and age when peoples jobs depend on a stable connection.
